The time this great soul spent with understanding what the issues were that needed to be fixed was impressive and not like many people would take the time to understand! Scott was very professional and clearly communicated the rate for service. Called late in the evening due to an emergency in the basement floor drain and he was able to come right out. Scott explained everything that needed to be done and was very friendly. Would definitely recommend him in the future.

Job done Right! We called Scott at the end of day on a SATURDAY for an emergency drain blocage in our building. I must have called 10 companies before I found AAA and no one had availability. Our garages and basements were almost at the point of flooding and we needed someone fast. 2 hours later, he was here and did not leave before job was 100% completed perfectly. He was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what needed to be done. After 2 hours of work, and when I was expecting a huge invoice for an emergency after hours service, I received a very reasonably priced invoice! Highly recommend, if anything happens, I wouldn’t call anyone else!

We had an overnight emergency due to a clogged pipe that wasn't installed properly. We called AAA early in the morning, and Scott answered immediately. He came over right away and fixed the problem. He made as many trips to the parts store as needed to bring our sink up to code and ensure great results, at a great price. Honest, respectful, and affordable. 5 stars!

Réponse à notre appel de service en moins de 30 minutes et travail effectué le jour même. Nous avions 3 drains à faire vérifier comme mesure préventive suite à un dégât d’eau et un drain d’évier solidement bloqué/ bouché. Le travail a dépassé le temps estimé due à un drain plutôt récalcitrant mais Scott a effectué le travail à la perfection sans demander un surplus. Nous recommandons ses services sans hésiter.

AAA Complete Drainage called back immediately when I left a message regarding a blocked toilet. Scott the owner came that evening and worked for several hours removing baby wipes that the previous owner had flushed down the toilet. He has the latest equipment and worked extremely hard to get the job done. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. The toilet is now functioning well thanks to his perseverance. I would highly recommend him and a bonus is that his cost is very reasonable

When our toilet started to make a goggling noise and refused to flush, we knew it was time to call a plumber. We ended up connecting with this company and Scott was quick to respond and arrived within a timely manner. He was able to work with our old buildings complex plumbing system with all his tools and with that any problem that came up during his investigation he was quick to think of a solution sometimes requiring some innovative thinking considering the original terrible plumbing did present its’ challenges. He explained everything as it was going on which I truly appreciated. He was able to successfully rectify the problem while being cost effective to the best of his abilities. Scott is knowledgeable and passionate about what he does so of course 10/10 I recommend to not hesitate and call AAA Complete Drainage.

So I had a frozen pipe in my vacant house. He came out the same day and was able to fix the problem quickly and efficiently. I don't know anything about plumbing, but I know a little bit more now thanks to his sincere willingness to help me out. He explained what probably happened and provided some tips on preventing this from ever happening again. In the end, his knowledge and expertise, and his calm, disarming demeanor made an extremely stressful situation easier to deal with. People skills matter, and he's got them, so I would highly recommend him. He's a trustworthy professional who loves what he does, and it shows.

I just moved into this 20 year old house. The extreme cold affected our plumbing and water made a huge mess in the basebt. Complete Drainage was fast, efficient, professional and clean. I didn’t break the bank either. I strongly recommend Complete Drainage.

Great service , didn't have to wait long at all , especially when other companies overcharge and ALSO have to wait for days/weeks when you have an emergency!! Toilet cracked and started leaking all over my floors , I had called many places which were all booked, and then was referred to AAA, in which it was fixed immediately. Save the contact info , as you never know when you might have an emergency too!

I’ve been having issues for my dishwasher being blocked for a while, eventually I got fed up of having f to clean the dishes my self and called complete drainage. I was actually surprised when he came on time, and laid down some mats for his tools to not scathed my floor. He was attentive and professional. I would recommend him to a friend

On a eu une fuite d’eau au sous sol et une petite inondation durant le temps des fêtes, on s’en est rendu compte le soir, il a répondu a pris le temps de venir le faire de soir… carrément sauvé notre noël avec la belle famille qui s’en venait j’aurais pas pu demander mieux! Pis pour le prix je dirais pas mal moins pire que les quelques autres qui ont pris le temps de nous répondre… ça avait juste pas d’allure.. Belle job, rapide pis a répondu de soir.. 10/10 bin content d’être tombé dessus!
